Top off your glasses and get your kanpai-face on because Happy Hour Japan is finally back for Season 2!
In Season 2, Happy Hour Japan will focus more on taking you around Japan and teaching you Japanese as well as showcasing Japanese culture.
But I’m sure you have tons of questions on your mind like:
What’s the new format?
Is it going to be a one man show?
Has Kevin found “someone else?”
Rest assured, all of your questions will be answered in the Season Opener!

Wow, so great to see Aaron`s smiling face, again! Nice to see “The Kanpai まんざい Duo” reunited!!
Great synergy, you two! Welcome to Sushiland, Aaron and wife! Love home リフォーム, share with us it`s progress, if possible Aaron. Kevin, you are right on about being a foreigner in Japan and how looking Japanese but being from another culture/country and speaking something other than Japanese can be publicly embarrassing. Non Japanese looking residents are given a lot more leeway and treated, from my experience in Japan, differently than native looking Japanese.
So, can empathize with your predicament, Kevin.
Aaron on the other hand, can fit in Japan okay by being a へんながいじん (eccentric foreigner).

YESSSS! This is awesome! LOL I don’t think I have actually introduced myself yet. Just been lurking on your site for a couple months.
Anyway…Just wanna introduce myself. My name is Jonathan (ジョンでいい)。 I have graduated just recently and have been studying Japanese Language and Asian History and cultures for quite some time now. I have also been to Japan three separate times for study…which was 10% studying and 90% partying haha.
I have caught up on all your vids from the beginning and really love them. I am aware of most of the things you talk about so it is nice to relate. It also helps cure my home away from home sickness when here in the states.
But that will change soon as I have been selected as a shortlist candidate for the JET program. I am so glad the application process is over. I can’t wait to go back!
I am not sure where I will be placed yet, but if I am ever in the area I would love to meet you guys!

how old do you have to be to move from us to japan alone and how do you get to japan? i really miss it there i lived there for 5 years!
