Yay for A Blood Types! We’re like half-geniuses!
Thanks for checking out our video blog, James! I heard somewhere that a majority of Japanese people are A blood types. Without a doubt, you’d fit right in!
KY jelly mention was hilarious!
Great Video. You forgot one thing about the O blood type; they make good leaders
BTW, this blood type diet thing you were talking about, I’m doing it and it works really well in fact.
@kanmuri
Thanks for commenting! You’re definitely right about O blood types being good leaders. I think it’s because they’re good at moderating and listening to others.
Great to hear that your blood type diet is working out for you! Do you happen to know anything about dieting for A blood types?? I want to gain weight so I figure if these blood type diets really do work I could do the exact opposite and hopefully pack on a few pounds!
Lol, this was interesting! Had no idea that blood types were that significant in Japan!
I’m pretty sure I’m a B. Don’t fit the description though really, except focusing on only what I want to do! I sound like more of an A though!
@Hanrutmoe
Thanks for the comment Hanrutmoe! Yeah, it’s weird that blood types are so big in Japan. But I gotta say, now that I’ve talked to a lot of people about it, I’m a believer!
B blood types can be really detail-oriented when it comes to things that they’re really into…maybe that’s why you feel like an A blood type?
I’m a O+ and the personality fitted my personality =) does the Rh-factor (+/-) have a special meaning too?
Hello!
This video was great, I cant believe japanese people give so much importance to blood types,though I dont believe in that personality description according to each type. Im an A type and I know many people who are also A and they have the most different and varied personalities. In fact more people I know are A, its the more common blood type. By the way are blood types more important to japanese than zodiac signs when it comes to horoscopes? It’s just that i’ve check out some japanese magazines and they always include the zodiac horoscope.
Also, same as Aaaron I’ve noticed its very common for US people not to know their blood type and I think its strange you know, I mean, how do you do when you have an accident or when you need an urgent blood donation? Its a bit careless…
Here in my country (Colombia) people usually know their blood type, well at least in my city, besides its written in the ID document so we can check it out anytime.
Anyway, keep up the good job, I love this blog and I love to watch videos about japanese culture, and there are so many issues and topics to cover:) How great!!!
